	Hojaldra Our #1 best seller in breads & pastries! It is a flaky pastry with ham & cheese in the inside. Absolutely delicious!! Can be made special upon request. (add jalapeño, double the filling, larger etc...& even add an inscription!)
Bolobanes A cream cheese filled pastry with a touch of jalapeño.

	*Yucatecan Pastries (Pastelitos!)* Meat turnovers (Empanaditas de carne): ground beef wrapped in a flaky outer shell. Atropellado: Your choice of Sweet Yam & Coconut OR coconut cream with a touch of anis turnover; in either a powder sugar or flaky shell. Deditos de queso: Finger-like cheese sticks.

	Arroz con Leche Rice pudding powdered with cinnamon, & anise.
Caballeros Pobres Mayan style French toast dessert; soaked in light condensed milk. Served with syrup & made with cloves & raisins.
